Cryptocoryne consobrina Schott

Only known from herbarium specimens, plants thought to be C. consobrina in recent decades have been found to be a new species, C. sivadasanii. The plants differ in their flowering pattern, with C. consobrina blooming with foliage while C. sivadasanii flowers after losing its leaves. The real C. consobrina has not been found.
